How far are the chalets from Chamonix?

The chalets are a 20-minute walk from Chamonix town centre, and a 15-minute walk from local shops in the Les Praz village.

How do I book a chalet?

If you're booking more than 10 weeks before your arrival date, we take a 25% down-payment, with the balance due 8 weeks before your arrival. If you're booking less than 8 weeks before your arrival, we take the full payment. Terms and conditions are available here.

What is included in the price?

Linen and towels, end of stay clean, firewood, WiFi, satellite TV and a welcome pack upon arrival.

How do I book a chalet?

How many people can the chalets sleep?

Each chalet has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom which sleep 8 guests: one double or two singles on the ground floor, two bedrooms with either a double and a single or 3 singles on the 1st floor.

How far from the slopes are the chalets?

La Flégère is a 15-minute walk from the chalet (5 minutes by car) and gives you access to the Flégère-Brévent area. All the other areas are within a 10-minute drive.

We need a babysitter/nanny, can you provide one? Do you provide catering?

Is there Wifi internet access in the chalets?

Yes, free high-speed internet access is available in all the chalets. You can also plug your laptop in using a wired connection (cable's aren't provided).

How many parking spaces are there?

Each chalet has a private underground garage. Additionally, there are parking spaces in front of the chalets and room for one behind the chalets.

Is there a coffee machine?

Yes, all four chalets have a Nespresso machine, as well as a traditional filter-based machine.

Do you accept pets?

Small pets are accepted, subject to owner approval.
